How do we replace a windshield?

First we remove the old windshield that includes cutting and discarding of the old Urethane

Next, we prepare windshield frames with primers and adhesives, before installing the new glass.

Any rusty areas or areas with loose/inadequate urethane will need to be sanded back to remove all rust.

We carefully align all the sides and set the windshield on top of the pinch-weld

Depending on the type of model and urethane used, it will take between 1 and 24 hours to settle down.

In the end we put the windshield clips back into their original place and tighten them so that they hold the gasket and windshield securely.
